Her Story
Jae Evans (she/they) is the Owner and Operator of Queer Surrogacy. As a mother of two and a three-time gestational carrier, she has years of experience and passion for LGBTQIA+ family building.
As a Queer and Black woman, Jae has a unique and direct perspective in this field. While working as a gestational carrier with other agencies, she and her queer partner experienced discrimination. From being asked to hide her sexuality to changing her partner's pronouns, Jae faced a huge wake-up call to what Queer surrogates and Queer Intended Parents could face. Not only have these experiences yielded her the expertise to advocate for her clients, but they set in motion her passion for ensuring they do not experience the same.

"I want my clients to share their genders, sexualities, pronouns, and names without feeling they have to lie or cover it up. The time to expand how we relate pregnancy with gender is long overdue. It's not just cis-women giving birth. I am here to support and promote trans and non-binary gestational carriers. Being Queer is a celebration, and I want people to thrive in that authenticity. It is an authenticity that goes beyond our intended parents and gestational carriers and reaches their partners, children, and families."
Their Story

For people who are Trans, Non-Binary, &/or have Gender-Variant identities, Jackzon's experience has contributed to the transformation necessary with the family-building process.
Whether you are an intended parent, gestational carrier, or support network, creating a safe space that respects all identities and self-expression is one of Jackzon's firm commitments to LGBTQ+ family building.
